The Goddards have lived in Greer for over 30 years and have enjoyed watching the growth and expansion of their community. They have a combined medical background of almost 30 years between them and have taken that compassion and experience in helping people and applied it to a successful real estate career. Nate and Brittany spend time getting to know their clients, their goals, wants, and needs. The two of them view their roles as more than helping people sell and buy real estate but carrying the load for them and being their advocate in the process. This is why Brittany and Nate have clients who have returned to use their professional advice and services over and over.
Outside of real estate, they are parents to two sons and one daughter. The family enjoys just about anything outdoors. You can find them on off days hiking, boating, playing, or watching community sports. The Upstate is the ideal place for the Goddards because there is so much to do with the mountains, lakes, parks, and sports venues along with opportunities for success in many ways. The Goddard family is active in their local church.
